ABOUT WISHLUCK WishLuck is a growing D2C e-commerce company focused on building consumer brands.
Our flagship brand operates in the screen-free educational toys category and has been trusted by 3 lakh parents, with a 4.8/5 rating from 25,000 reviews.
We are now expanding into multiple consumer categories and launching new D2C brands from scratch.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Brand Manager who can think like an entrepreneur and build brands from 0 to 1.
You will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build brand strategy, launch products, and scale brands across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Research new categories, customers, competitors, pricing and margins
- Develop brand strategy, positioning, naming, identity and packaging
- Build and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
- Launch and scale brands on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce
- Develop creative strategies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Influencer Marketing & UGC
- Work closely with performance marketing, design, content, sourcing and customer experience teams
- Track and optimize Revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV & Repeat Rate
- Take ownership of brand-level business performance and P&L;
- Use Generative AI for research, ideation, content creation and experimentation
- Continuously test new ideas, creatives, channels and growth opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management or D2C Marketing
- Proven experience in building or scaling at least one consumer brand, with measurable results
- Experience across 2 consumer categories such as Beauty, Personal Care, Home, Food, Fashion, Wellness, Kids or Electronics
- Strong understanding of D2C, e-commerce and unit economics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart & performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer Marketing and UGC
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney/Nano Banana and AI video tools such as Runway, Higgsfield or HeyGen
- Creative mindset combined with strong analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
BONUS IF YOU HAVE • Experience launching brands from 0 → 1
- Quick-commerce experience
- Kids/Baby category experience
- FMCG or consumer brand experience
