Role Description The Brand Manager at Paint Maestro will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the brand’s identity across all customer touchpoints. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves developing and executing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels.

The Brand

Manager will collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to create compelling brand narratives, support promotional initiatives, and maintain alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring brand performance, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing social media and content initiatives,



and coordinating with external partners and agencies as needed. The role also includes tracking campaign metrics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Brand management and marketing skills, including experience in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management, with the ability to plan and analyze online initiatives.
- Robust communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills for creating clear, engaging brand messages.
- Capability in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide brand positioning and decisions.
- Project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and operations.
- B. Tech/ MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in branding or the painting/home improvement sector is an advantage.
