Brand Lead who will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy, growth, and market presence. The client is looking for an entrepreneurial leader with 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, currently managing a brand with end-to-end ownership.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for brand building—someone who "eats, sleeps, and breathes the brand." They should possess proven experience in scaling brands from 0 to 1 (launch), 1x to 10x (growth), and 10x to 100x (market leadership). The role requires robust expertise in Brand Marketing, Digital/Online Marketing. along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and make data-driven business decisions.
Preferred candidates should come from D2C, FMCG, or Personal Care companies, with demonstrated success in building and growing consumer brands. An MBA is mandatory for this position.
