Key Responsibilities: Define and execute TJ Group’s brand strategy, positioning and communication narrative. Build a consistent brand identity across groups and recent verticals. Own content and social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Lead PR, media relations, corporate communications and thought leadership. Build reputation in automotive, agriculture and Rural Auto ecosystem. Develop creator, influencer and regional content partnerships.
Align with Product, SEO, Content, Marketing, HR and Business. Own employer branding and internal communications. Build and manage Brand & Communications team, agencies and budgets. Establish brand-performance dashboard and use data to improve effectiveness.
