About The Role

We're hiring a Brand Designer to own our visual identity end-to-end, not just produce assets on request. This person will shape how Millipixels looks, feels, and is remembered, across digital and print, and make sure that identity stays consistent everywhere the brand shows up. We're not looking for a pixel-pusher; it's an ownership role.

You'll work closely with marketing, content, web, and business teams to turn brand values into designs that resonate with our target audience. You'll also present concepts, gather feedback, and refine your work so the brand keeps evolving without losing coherence.

This role is for someone who gets energized by a blank canvas, who'd rather build a system than fix one-off files, and who measures success by brand clarity and consistency delivered, not files handed over.

What You'll Be Doing?

- Owning the brand identity, not just executing it: You'll develop and maintain a cohesive identity and keep it consistent across all visual assets. Yours to shape, yours to protect.
- Building the brand toolkit: You'll design logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand assets that work across every touchpoint.
- Making the brand easy to follow: You'll create branding guidelines and make sure teams and platforms adhere to them.
- Designing for every channel:



You'll create materials for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and marketing collateral, optimized for both digital and print.
- Turning business goals into design: You'll collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with business objectives.
- Keeping the brand fresh: You'll stay on top of design trends and bring new perspectives to how the brand expresses itself.
- Telling the story well: You'll present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine projects to the finish line.
- Making design everyone's job, not just yours: You'll work cross-functionally with developers, content, and marketing teams so brand standards show up everywhere.

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design
- Solid communication and presentation skills for articulating design ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
