Job Summary:

The East Side Distillery is seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and enhance customer experiences. This individual will be responsible for arranging, conducting, and managing AlcoBev events and promotions, ensuring that our brand message is delivered consistently and engagingly. As the face of the distillery, the Brand Ambassador will build strong customer relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute events and activations to promote The East Side Distillery’s products and experiences.
- Engage with customers at events, providing them with an immersive and memorable brand experience.
- Manage on-site event logistics, including staff coordination, setup, and breakdown of events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry partners.




- Promote The East Side Distillery’s products through tastings, presentations, and personal interactions.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, trends, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional strategies.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and event-related content.
- Represent The East Side Distillery at trade shows, festivals, and other relevant industry events.
- Monitor and report on the success of events, including attendance, sales, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or alcohol beverage industry.
- Strong passion for the alco-bev industry, particularly spirits, with a positive understanding of brands and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and energize a crowd, creating a positive experience.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for event scheduling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess a valid driver’s license.
