Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / MSW or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, clinic, or service operations.

- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.

- Ability to manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital/clinic and ensure smooth workflow.

- Manage and coordinate staff, including doctors, nurses, therapists, front-office, and support teams.

- Monitor patient appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.





- Track team performance, attendance, productivity, and operational targets.

- Coordinate with doctors and department heads to resolve operational issues efficiently.

- Monitor inventory, equipment, facility requirements, and vendor coordination.

- Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

- Support management in achieving revenue, service quality, and business growth objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
