We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and business performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or academic counselling, along with strong communication, leadership, and target-achievement skills.
Job Role: Branch Manager
Location: Velachery, Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2+ years in Sales or Academic Counselling
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Generate leads and implement strategies to increase student enrolments.
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the sales/counselling team.
- Track individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth branch operations.
- Identify current business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.
- Ensure achievement of assigned branch targets and operational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Academic Counselling.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and admission targets.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
