We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive client acquisition, achieve revenue targets, and manage the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new Demat & Trading accounts from Retail and HNI clients.

- Drive business through cold calling, field marketing, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly brokerage and revenue targets.

- Increase trading activity and cross-sell Equity, F&O;, Mutual Funds, and IPOs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client retention.

- Generate leads and improve lead conversion and active-client growth.

- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the branch sales team.

- Develop business through sub-brokers, franchisees, agents, and other partners.

- Ensure proper KYC,



documentation, and regulatory compliance.

- Stay updated on market trends, products, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Requirements

- Solid sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

- Good knowledge of the stock market and financial products.

- Strong communication and networking skills.

- Excellent client relationship and team-management abilities.

- Experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
