Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head for our Agency Business Partner division at Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the agency channel, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Business Development: Drive the growth of the agency channel by acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships.
- Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs for agency partners to improve their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance:



Ensure all operations comply with the regulatory standards and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or relevant certification in finance or business management is preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on agency channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

#### Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
