Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Branch Credit Officer to evaluate loan applications, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with company credit policies. The ideal candidate should have positive analytical skills and be able to make sound credit decisions while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer documents and KYC.
- Conduct field verification and customer/business verification.
- Analyze customer income, repayment capacity, and creditworthiness.
- Prepare and evaluate credit appraisal reports.
- Assess financial risks before loan approval.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and RBI guidelines.




- Identify fraudulent cases and report suspicious activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and loan records.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving quality loan disbursement.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of financial statements and loan products.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge

- Understanding of Secured/Unsecured Loans.
- Basic knowledge of Credit Appraisal and Risk Assessment.
- Knowledge of KYC, CIBIL, and banking/NBFC processes.
