- Handle end-to-end credit operations at the branch.
- Review and evaluate loan applications and customer profiles.
- Conduct credit appraisal and assess repayment capacity.
- Verify customer documents and financial information.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth processing.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct customer/field verification whenever required.
- Manage and guide the branch credit team.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular MIS reports.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Credit / Secured Loans.
- Robust knowledge of credit appraisal and loan documentation.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Experience: Relevant experience in Secured Loan / Credit is preferred.
