Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Credit Manager to evaluate loan applications, assess customer creditworthiness, and ensure quality loan disbursement while minimizing credit risk. The ideal candidate should have experience in secured lending and a robust understanding of credit policies and field investigations.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and verify loan applications for secured loan products.
- Conduct credit assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluation.
- Perform customer profile verification, residence/business verification, and document scrutiny.
- Analyze banking transactions, income documents, and repayment capacity.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing.
- Recommend loan approval, rejection,



or deviation based on credit findings.
- Monitor portfolio quality and help control delinquency and fraud.
- Maintain accurate credit files and prepare credit assessment reports.
- Support branch teams in achieving business targets without compromising credit quality.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Secured Loan underwriting/credit assessment is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Credit/Risk within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Institution.
- Experience in Secured Loans (LAP, Mortgage, MSME, Business Loan, etc.) is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
- Understanding of secured lending and risk assessment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
