Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and resolve reporting issues between the Firm and clients through electronic data interfaces
- Generate and provide reports based upon Firm or clients’ requirements
- Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with colleagues
- Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
- Understand and troubleshoot electronic data exchanges with client

Position Requirements:

- High School Diploma (Required)
- Problem Solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service




- Robust data processing skills with a proven track record
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proficient with relevant software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
