- Design, develop, and maintain business process models using tools like Aris, Signavio, and Visio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
- Develop detailed documentation of business processes, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of existing processes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Proficiency in at least one BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) tool such as Aris or Signavio.
- Experience working on projects involving complex system integration using APIs or other technologies.
