We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Booking Agent to join the team at Veer Green Logistics . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing freight and transport bookings, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, drivers, and operations teams. - Manage Bookings: Handle incoming shipment and transport bookings via phone, email, and internal software efficiently.

- Customer Support: Address client inquiries regarding freight rates, transit times, service availability, and shipment tracking.

- Order Processing: Accurately enter booking data, generate shipping orders,



airway bills/LR copies, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

- Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with drivers, fleet managers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

- Problem Resolution: Proactively handle delivery delays, route changes, or customer complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.

- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of all bookings, cancellations, and completed shipments for management review.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
