As the Bodyshop Manager at Peer to Peer HR Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bodyshop operations. - Oversee all operations of the body shop, including scheduling, quality control, and customer service

- Manage a team of technicians and administrative staff, providing leadership and mentorship as needed

- Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party vendors to facilitate repairs and billing processes

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
