Role Description The BMW Genius is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, responsible for being the product and technology expert for customers and the dealership team. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming customers, explaining BMW features and technologies, conducting product demonstrations and test drive orientations, and answering detailed questions about models, specifications, and digital services. The role involves supporting the sales team with product presentations, assisting in vehicle handovers,



and ensuring that customers fully understand the features and benefits of their vehicles.

The BMW Genius also responds to customer queries in person and over phone or digital channels, helps troubleshoot basic technical and connectivity issues, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of BMW innovations. This role requires close collaboration with sales and service departments to deliver a seamless, high-satisfaction customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to provide clear Technical Support and basic Troubleshooting for vehicle features and connectivity.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and explain complex technical information in simple terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Interest in and aptitude for automotive technology, infotainment systems, and digital connectivity.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on BMW products, features, and brand standards.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced showroom setting and collaborating with sales and service teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred; prior experience in automotive, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
