RPA Developer Blue Prism

Role Purpose:

Looking for an experienced RPA Developer with solid hands-on Blue Prism expertise to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Blue Prism automations using Process Studio, Object Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, Schedules, and Exception Handling.

- Manage end-to-end RPA delivery from process assessment and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Integrate automations with Excel, Outlook, Web/Windows applications, SQL databases, and APIs.

- Troubleshoot bot failures, perform RCA, optimize performance, and ensure bot stability.

- Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, test cases, deployment, and support documentation.

- Follow RPA governance, security, quality, and development standards.

- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and global stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and intelligent automation.

Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years of relevant RPA experience

- Strong enterprise Blue Prism development experience

- Experience in end-to-end automation delivery and production support

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in shipping/logistics, finance, operations, shared services, or GCC/GBS is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.Role & responsibilities
