Job Summary

We are looking for a Blaster cum Painter with experience in industrial blasting and painting activities. The candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, abrasive blasting and painting of components in an industrial/heavy fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform abrasive blasting of metal and fabricated components.
- Remove rust, dust, oil, old paint and other contaminants through proper surface preparation.
- Carry out spray painting and industrial painting activities.
- Mix and apply primer, paint and protective coatings as required.
- Ensure proper surface preparation and quality of painting.
- Check painted surfaces for defects and uneven coating.
- Maintain blasting and painting equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.




- Follow instructions from the Production and Quality teams.

Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial blasting and painting preferred.
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting and spray painting.
- Experience handling blasting and painting equipment.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application.
- Ability to work in an industrial/heavy fabrication workplace.
