Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the Bizom platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry by sales teams and distributors.
- Monitor sales, secondary sales, outlet coverage, stock movement and distributor performance.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports from Bizom.
- Track field-force productivity, beat adherence, outlet visits and order booking.




- Monitor distributor billing, inventory, claims and order fulfilment.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support sales teams in effective utilization of Bizom and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with the Bizom/support team for technical issues and system enhancements.
- Provide actionable insights to the Sales team based on Bizom data.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for management reviews.
- Support current user onboarding, training and process adherence.
- Provide L1 and L2 support.
