-To operate and monitor pellet plant machinery safely and efficiently and maintain consistent production and pellet quality.

Key Responsibilities

-Operate and monitor the complete pellet production line.

-Operate equipment such as:

Raw material feeding systemConveyor/Screw conveyor, Shredder , Hammer, millDryer, if applicable Pellet millCoolerVibrating/sieving systemDust collection systemPacking/loading systemMonitor temperature, current, vibration, feed rate and machine load.

-Maintain consistent pellet size and production output.

-Monitor pellet quality including GCV, moisture, fines, bulk density and durability, as applicable.

-Identify abnormal machine sounds, vibration, overheating or blockage and immediately report to the maintenance team.Ensure proper feeding of raw material into the production line.





-Maintain production records and machine operating parameters.Maintain housekeeping around machines and production areas.

-Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.Assist maintenance personnel during routine inspection and breakdown maintenance.

-Minimize production losses, material wastage and unnecessary machine downtime.

-Coordinate with the shift supervisor regarding production targets and raw material requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
