Role Description The Bio-Tech Process Engineer will at Pune Division in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design, optimization, of bioprocessing systems and Sterile injectable manufacturing.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on equipment design and execution activities, expecting knowledge of clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place (CIP/SIP) processes. The Bio-Tech Process Engineer will prepare and maintain technical documentation.

The position may also include providing technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams and participating in customer-focused project discussions.

Qualifications

- Process Engineering and bioprocess design skills, including experience with biotech systems and aseptic systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, systems and processes.
- Ability to interpret the URS and draft the PFD & P&ID;'s for the equipment.
- Ability to understand the product transfer based on the product requirements.
- Ability to understand the CIP and SIP process and customize as per the skid requirements.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, engineering drawings, and process documentation, with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in
