BIM / Revit Expert Tagglabs | Museum & Exhibition Design

About the opportunity

Tagglabs is seeking an experienced BIM / Revit professional for the Museum of Indian Temple Architecture (MITA), Ayodhya, working alongside international exhibition designers Atelier Brückner and multidisciplinary consultants.

The museum brings together architecture, exhibition environments, scenography, lighting, multimedia and interactive experiences. You will translate design intent into coordinated Revit models and drawings, manage BIM information, and help resolve interfaces between exhibition installations and the building.

Your role

You will take hands-on responsibility for developing and maintaining the exhibition BIM model, coordinating specialist inputs, and preparing accurate, compliant submissions through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Key responsibilities

● Revit modelling: Develop exhibition interiors, partitions, finishes, showcases, platforms, display elements, supports and equipment interfaces.

● Rhino-to-Revit workflow: Review incoming Rhino and other design files, identify modelling requirements, and rebuild or convert geometry into usable Revit elements.

● Model setup: Establish shared coordinates, levels, grids, linked models, worksets, view templates and family standards in line with the project’s BIM Execution Plan.

● Drawing production: Generate coordinated plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules, with consistent sheet numbering and revision control.

● Multidisciplinary coordination: Integrate inputs from architecture, MEP, lighting, acoustics, AV/IT,



structures and specialist exhibition consultants. Identify clashes, access constraints and maintenance requirements.

● ACC administration and collaboration: Support project access, folder permissions, model exchange, version control, issue tracking and formal submissions.

● BIM documentation: Maintain the Task Information Delivery Plan, Model Development Specification, model review logs and QA checklists.

● Quality assurance: Check model health, geometry, parameters, naming, linked files and drawing consistency before issue.

● Meeting preparation: Circulate technical questions in advance, participate in coordination meetings, and maintain an action register with clear owners and deadlines.

Modelling responsibilities will follow the agreed scope and stage requirements, generally progressing through LOD 100, 200, 300 and up to 350. Specialist engineering design and certification remain with the appointed engineers.

Required experience and skills

● Demonstrated professional experience delivering Revit models and coordinated drawing packages.

● Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit, including custom families, parameters, schedules, linked models and worksharing.





● Practical experience using ACC / Autodesk Docs for project collaboration and document control.

● Experience working with architectural interiors, complex fit-outs, museums, exhibitions or comparable multidisciplinary projects.

● Ability to work with Rhino, DWG and IFC inputs and explain the limitations of different model-exchange methods.

● Understanding of BIM Execution Plans, model responsibilities, LOD/LOI requirements and naming conventions.

● Ability to distinguish modelling issues from design decisions and escalate unresolved interfaces clearly.

● Clear written English and confidence coordinating with international teams.

● Strong ownership of deadlines, documentation and follow-through.

A qualification in architecture, architectural technology, engineering or a related discipline is preferred. 5+ years of relevant delivery experience is essential.

Helpful additional experience

● Museum scenography, bespoke installations, AV integration or exhibition lighting.

● Dynamo or other tools that improve modelling efficiency.

● Model coordination and clash-review workflows.

● Preparing geometry for Unreal Engine or visualisation teams.

● Uniclass classification and structured BIM information management.
