Role Description The BIM Modeler will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, developing and managing detailed Building Information Models for architectural and multidisciplinary projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating 3D models, coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and preparing accurate construction drawings in alignment with project standards.

The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent, constructability, and data consistency across models and documentation. The BIM Modeler will also support clash detection, model reviews, and quality checks,



contributing to efficient project delivery and integrated design workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler tools, with the ability to create and manage detailed project models.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Architecture and experience translating design concepts into accurate digital models and construction documents.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM environments, including integration with architectural and structural components.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings derived from BIM models, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit or equivalent), along with basic knowledge of CAD tools.
- Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a BIM Modeler in an architectural or consulting firm is preferred.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
