Creative Square Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC), is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Architectural / Structural) with strong expertise in CAD to BIM conversion for residential and high-rise projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models aligned with project BIM standards, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination, and supporting project delivery teams with high-quality construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
•Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into coordinated 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (2020/2021/2022+).
•Develop Architectural / Structural models in compliance with LOD 200 / 300 / 400 standards.
•Prepare GA drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
•Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM protocols.
•Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project specifications.
•Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks (preferred).
•Extract quantities and generate schedules from BIM models.
•Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and site inputs.
•Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP teams, and PMC project teams.
•Maintain proper documentation, version control, and model revisions.
Eligibility Criteria
•Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
•3–4 years of relevant BIM modelling experience.
•Strong hands-on experience in CAD to BIM conversion projects.
•Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure).
•AutoCAD is mandatory.
•Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection (preferred).
•Understanding of LOD standards, BIM workflows, and model coordination processes.
•Experience in Residential / High-Rise projects preferred.

•Exposure to large-scale residential or commercial developments.
•Familiarity with BIM documentation standards and structured workflows.
