BIM Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for developing and managing BIM 4D models, clash detection, installation sequencing, and coordination to support construction and site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop BIM 4D animations to demonstrate installation sequences and project timelines.
- Perform BIM clash detection and conduct clash/timing review sessions.
- Coordinate with process, facilities, construction, and site installation teams.




- Support installation scenario planning, change management, and issue resolution.
- Work with stakeholders to track and close BIM-related actions.
- Use LiDAR scan data for BIM modelling and project coordination.
- Link BIM metadata with other data platforms when required.
- Analyse complex BIM/design issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
