BIM Lead

Your skills and experience:

- A diploma or bachelor's or equivalent degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM/CAD modelling, focusing on infrastructures projects
- The ability to produce 2d and 3d models, design and construction drawings in delivering infrastructures schemes.
- Expertise is developing BIM executions plans and implementing it using various collaboration tools like BIM 360/ACC etc
- Expertise in producing infrastructure designs/drawings such as roads, earthworks, drainage layouts, utility layouts, schedules etc.
- Expertise is in 3d clash detections tools and design coordination
- Solid knowledge of the relevant standard details in compliance with domestic and international market requirements




- Hands on experience with various automation tools and using scripts
- Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Vehicle tracking, Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with no supervision.
- Communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
