Role Summary

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to lead architectural and structural modeling and coordination on international projects. You will manage model quality, run clash detection, coordinate with MEP and client teams, and ensure deliverables meet project BIM standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Architectural and Structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit up to LOD 300–400 (and LOD 500 where required)

Run clash detection in Navisworks, prepare clash reports and track resolution across Architecture, Structure and MEP

Implement and follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, naming conventions and ISO 19650 workflows

Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Review models for accuracy,



consistency and adherence to client standards before submission

Produce and check GA drawings, sections, elevations, details, schedules and quantity take-offs

Support Scan to BIM projects using point cloud data (ReCap)

Guide and review the work of BIM modelers; allocate tasks and monitor progress

Attend coordination meetings with clients (USA/UK/Middle East) and communicate issues clearly

Create and manage Revit families; use Dynamo for automation where helpful

Requirements

B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil/Architecture

[3–6] years' experience in Architectural and Structural BIM, with at least [2] years in a coordination role

Strong command of Revit (Architecture & Structure), Navisworks and AutoCAD

Working knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC, ReCap; Dynamo is a plus

Good understanding of RCC and steel structures, architectural detailing and construction documentation

Familiarity with international codes and standards (US/UK/Middle East) preferred

Good written and spoken English for client communication

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
