Job Title: Senior BIM Engineer

Department: POD Design Studio

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure) and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in Precast Concrete Detailing, Prefabrication, and Modular Construction Projects.
- Strong experience in Rebar Detailing, Reinforcement Modeling, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks for model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
- Experience in developing LOD 300, LOD 350, and LOD 400 BIM models.
- Ability to prepare Production Drawings, Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and As-Built Drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Support project teams in preparing coordination drawings and resolving design conflicts.




- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, precast manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in implementing BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and quality control procedures.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

- Civil Engineering background.
- Experience in UK, US, GCC, or international precast projects.
- Exposure to Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.
- Experience in modular, POD, or off-site construction projects preferred.
