- 10+ years of relevant experience in an Architecture / Design / Consultancy firm.

- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

- Positive understanding of BIM workflows, coordination, LOD, BEP and multidisciplinary integration.

- Strong architectural detailing, documentation and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination and team-management abilities.

- Lead and manage BIM-based architectural projects from concept/design development through construction documentation.

- Develop and manage detailed Revit Architecture models, drawings, families, and documentation.

- Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines and resolve design/interface clashes.

- Conduct BIM coordination, model reviews, clash detection,



and quality control using Navisworks and related BIM tools.

- Establish and maintain BIM standards, LOD, BEP, naming conventions, and modelling protocols.

- Review drawings/models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Mentor junior BIM Architects/Architects and support the implementation of BIM best practices.
