Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing operations, customer transactions, and maintain accurate sales records at our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate accurate customer bills using the billing/POS system.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Verify product details, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations as per company policy.
- Maintain daily billing and transaction records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Store teams regarding billing-related queries.
- Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing daily sales and billing reports.




- Maintain customer and invoice records accurately.
- Follow company policies and billing procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing/POS operations preferred.
- Retail or electronics-store experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates should be responsible, accurate, and customer-focused.
