Bipin Transport Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Billing Executive to join our team in Wadala, Mumbai.

? Position: Billing Executive

? Location: Wadala, Mumbai

? Industry: Transport & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare freight and other applicable charge bills as per agreed rates/contracts.
- Verify LR, POD, PO, rates and other billing-related documents before invoice processing.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Accounts teams for billing-related requirements.
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
- Follow up for pending PODs and other documents required for billing.
- Handle invoice scanning and system updates.
- Check invoices for accuracy before submission to customers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the concerned teams.

Skills & Requirements:




- Experience in transport/logistics billing will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage billing work within deadlines.
- Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
