Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramagundam, Telangana. The role involves preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing billing systems, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate measurement of work completed. Daily tasks include rate analysis, quantity surveying, checking contractor bills against drawings and specifications, and maintaining up-to-date billing records and documentation.

The Billing





Engineer will collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams to support timely invoicing, cost control, and compliance with contractual terms. The role also includes preparing periodic billing reports, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements in project billing and cost tracking.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Billing Systems and Rate Analysis.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills for evaluating quantities, costs, and discrepancies.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure construction billing is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction/billing software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Candidates having 8–10 years of relevant experience in Power Plant and/or Industrial Projects shall be preferred.
