Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and process healthcare/ambulance call reports accurately.

- Enter and validate information in billing software.

- Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete information and report discrepancies.

- Process assigned pending and rejected claims accurately and on time.

- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

- Follow client-specific processes, quality standards, and SLAs.

- Learn and follow healthcare billing and compliance guidelines.





- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve process-related queries.

- Maintain confidentiality of healthcare and patient information.

- Support the team with additional tasks and projects as required..

- Ability to handle repetitive, process-oriented work with consistent accuracy.
