About the Role

We are looking for Bilingual Marathi Psychologists (PhD) to contribute their professional expertise to an innovative AI-focused project.

In this role, you will apply your psychology expertise to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world professional input. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge and skilled expertise are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and evaluate psychological case studies and documentation.

- Provide professional feedback and insights based on psychological expertise.
- Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Marathi and English.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
- Review psychological assessments and identify potential gaps, inaccuracies, or cultural concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-related insights.
- Document evaluation processes, observations, and findings clearly and systematically.
- Apply bilingual communication skills to ensure accurate interpretation of psychological concepts across Marathi and English.

Preferred Qualifications

- PhD in Psychology.

- Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly and accurately.
- Experience working with digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
