About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bid / Tender Management Leader to manage the end-to-end tendering and bidding process for Government, PSU and institutional healthcare opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Government/PSU tenders, GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, technical & commercial bids, EMD/BG and tender documentation, along with the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage tender timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant Government, PSU and institutional tenders through GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Manage the complete tender process from tender identification to submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Coordinate pre-bid queries, clarifications and representation letters.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, Regulatory and other teams for required documentation.
- Handle EMD, Bank Guarantees, Performance Security and DSC-related requirements.
- Support costing, pricing and commercial bid preparation in coordination with Finance/Operations.
- Maintain tender trackers, MIS and records of submitted/ongoing tenders.
- Follow up on tender evaluation, clarifications, negotiations and award stages.
- Lead and monitor the tender team and ensure timely, accurate and compliant submissions.
- Develop tender checklists, processes and document repositories to improve bid quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills & Experience





- 4 years of experience in Tender / Bid Management, preferably with Government and PSU tenders.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals.
- Strong understanding of technical bids, commercial bids, eligibility criteria and tender documentation.
- Experience handling EMD, Bank Guarantees, Performance Guarantees and DSC.
- Good knowledge of costing, pricing and commercial calculations.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Services or Medical Equipment will be an advantage.
- Prior team-handling/leadership experience is preferred.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA / equivalent qualification in Business or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
