Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, polite, and customer-focused Bell Boy to join our front office team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of Seven Seas Hotel, assisting arriving and departing guests with their luggage, greeting them warmly, and ensuring their stay starts and ends on a seamless note.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Greeting & Welcome: Greet all arriving guests at the porch or lobby with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Luggage Handling: Safely transport guests' luggage to and from their rooms with utmost care and efficiency.
- Property Orientation: Guide guests to their rooms, explaining key room amenities, safety features, and hotel facilities.
- Errand Services: Run authorized errands for guests and assist the front desk team with deliveries, messages, or luggage storage.
- Lobby & Porch Maintenance: Keep the entrance, lobby,



and luggage storage areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Information Assistance: Answer basic guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transport options within Delhi NCR.

Candidate Requirements

- Residency: Must reside within Delhi NCR for easy daily commuting to Rohini.
- Education: Minimum graduation standard pass (Diploma or Hotel Management background is a plus, but freshers are welcome).
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic conversational English is an advantage.
- Personality: Smart, well-groomed, energetic, and physically fit with a pleasant and helpful disposition.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
