Role Description The Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for providing personalized product recommendations and elevated customer service in a retail environment. This role includes greeting and engaging customers, assessing individual skin care and self-care needs, and demonstrating Kimirica products to enhance the in-store experience.

The Beauty

Consultant will maintain in-depth product knowledge, support retail sales targets, manage visual merchandising standards, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.



Daily tasks also involve explaining product benefits and ingredients clearly, handling customer queries and concerns, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role collaborates with the store team to meet performance goals while representing Kimirica’s brand values and commitment to wellness, ethics, and sustainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales capabilities.
- Candidates should possess solid beauty and wellness expertise, including Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge.
- Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge across bath and body, skincare, fragrances, and wellness categories.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in a retail setting, including weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
- Prior experience as a beauty advisor, skin care specialist, or retail consultant in a premium or luxury brand environment is beneficial.
- A certificate or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with vegan, cruelty-free, and wellness-focused products is preferred.
