About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bidder to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in bidding, client acquisition, and business development through online freelancing platforms, and is skilled at turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelancing and bidding platforms.
- Write and submit persuasive, customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Research prospective clients and uncover current business opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, project scope, and expectations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals and project estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of bids, responses, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Consistently achieve monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in bidding or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Strong command of proposal writing and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts from our Mohali office.
