Key Resposibilities

- Identify and qualify new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with CXOs and key decision-makers to understand business requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with internal consulting teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Maintain CRM records, lead trackers, and follow-up activities.




- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Consulting Sales, or Market Research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
