Role & responsibilities
- Develop and modify EV battery pack and battery module components.
- Design and route busbars considering electrical clearance, packaging, and manufacturability.
- Support HV/LV architecture, electrical packaging, and PDU integration.
- Design battery housings, covers, brackets, sheet metal, and plastic components.
- Support NMC cell-based battery pack and module development.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and DFMEA principles.
- Support design validation, prototype testing, and manufacturing issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Electrical, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams.
- Manage CAD data and product structures in Teamcenter PLM.
