We are building our full Bar Team for a new upscale restaurant in Cavelossim, South Goa, serving French and Italian cuisine alongside a light selection of Goan dishes.

Our restaurant is designed for a high-end local and international clientele, with a stylish bar and a strong focus on quality drinks, beautiful presentation and warm, professional service.

Whether you are already an experienced Bartender or at the beginning of your career and want to learn professional bar operations, we are interested in meeting you. Women are encouraged to apply.

We also welcome group of work colleagues who would like to join together, particularly candidates from the same hospitality school or people who have previously worked successfully together in the same restaurant, hotel or bar.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and position:

✅ Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks and other beverages

✅ Assist with daily bar mise en place and preparation

✅ Maintain consistency in drinks, measurements, presentation and garnishes

✅ Keep the bar clean, organized and fully stocked throughout service

✅ Interact professionally and naturally with our local and international guests

✅ Develop good knowledge of the beverage menu and make recommendations

✅ Wash, polish and organize glassware and bar equipment

✅ Refill ice, garnishes, mixers and other bar supplies

✅ Monitor bottles and stock and follow correct storage and rotation procedures

✅ Coordinate efficiently with the restaurant service team during busy periods

✅ Assist with opening, closing and daily bar stock checks

✅ Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and professionalism

Qualifications





✔ Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, bar or hospitality environment

✔ For Bartenders: good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and professional beverage service

✔ For Bar Assistants and Bar Stewards: experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn

✔ Good command of English and very good command of Hindi third language

✔ Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests

✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills

✔ Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods

✔ Clean and professional appearance

✔ Reliable, punctual and motivated to develop professionally
