About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Customer Service Voice Process Inbound. The role involves handling incoming calls and resolving customer queries effectively. There are no sales targets—the focus is entirely on delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound bank members calls professionally and efficiently.



Understand concerns and provide accurate solutions. Meet process quality standards and service-level metrics.

Shift Details

Shift Window: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM For Female

8:00 AM to 11:00 PM For Male

Shift Duration: Any 10-hour shift (including 1-hour break)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory

Salary

1+ year experience : CTC- 331,663/- & 21800/- (in-hand)

2+ year experience: CTC 371,463/- & 25000/- (in-hand)
