Role Description The Banking and Finance Education Partner will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve educational programs focused on banking, finance, and financial technology. This in office role, based in Maharashtra, India, involves creating structured curricula, training materials, and workshops that support learners in understanding core financial concepts, digital banking solutions, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and small-group training sessions,



coordinating with product and technology teams to align educational content with Austrix Innovations’ digital solutions, and gathering feedback from participants to refine course content.

The role also includes building partnerships with educational institutions and industry bodies, staying current with trends in banking and finance, and contributing to thought leadership content such as articles, case studies, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of banking, financial services, and financial technology, including core banking operations, digital payments, and risk and compliance fundamentals.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training delivery, preferably in banking, finance, or related professional education domains.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences, with strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, technology, sales, and marketing) to align educational initiatives with business goals.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., in banking or finance education) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple training programs, meet deadlines, and adapt content based on learner feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and openness to using digital tools and platforms for content creation and delivery.
- Prior experience engaging with educational partners, universities, or industry associations in banking and finance is highly beneficial.
