Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and review general ledger accounts, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding discrepancies and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bank transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in bank reconciliation or related field (accounting/finance).
- Robust knowledge of cash reconciliation, end-to-end accounting, and general ledger accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external parties.
