Job Summary A growing business / client assignment is looking for a Bancassurance Executive based in Lucknow.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant financial products or services, maintaining a structured pipeline and building relationships over time. Depending on the assignment, there may also be branch, field, partner or portfolio responsibilities and regular performance reporting. Customer-facing sales or relationship experience is useful, while relevant experience from other industries will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of follow-ups, communicate clearly and contribute beyond simply completing assigned calls or tasks. The expected experience range is 0-4 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
