Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a qualified and dedicated BAMS Doctor to conduct OPD consultations and deliver holistic patient care based on classical Ayurvedic principles. The role focuses on accurate diagnosis, personalized treatment planning, Panchakarma supervision, and preventive healthcare in an OPD setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations and comprehensive patient assessments as per Ayurvedic principles.

- Diagnose diseases using traditional Ayurvedic diagnostic methods, including:
1. Nadi Pariksha

2. Prakriti analysis

3. Detailed medical and lifestyle history

- Prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medicines and individualized treatment plans.

- Perform and supervise Panchakarma therapies where applicable.

- Provide diet (Ahara), lifestyle (Vihara), and preventive health counseling.

- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and OPD documentation.

- Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists and support staff for effective treatment delivery.

- Educate patients on preventive healthcare,



wellness routines, and long-term Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.

- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, safety standards, and organizational protocols.

Key Requirements

Experience

- 4–5 years of clinical experience as a BAMS Doctor

- Prior experience in OPD or Panchakarma setup is preferred

- Educational Qualification

- BAMS from a recognized institution

- Valid State Medical Council Registration

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and diagnostic techniques

- Basic to hands-on understanding of Panchakarma therapies

- Ability to prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols

- Positive communication and patient-handling skills

- Ethical, patient-centric, and result-oriented approach

- Basic computer knowledge for OPD records and reports
