Roles & Responsibilities:
1. PO initiation
2. PO follow ups from procurement team
3. Sharing po with vendors
4. Collecting PI from vendors
5. Comparing PO and PI
6. Getting PI amended if required
7. Sharing PO and PI with finance for advance
8. Follow up for advance with finance
9. Initial round of bill quantity checking wrt JMS
10. Invoice collection from vendors
11. Invoice amendment if applicable
12. PO amendment from procurement
13. Final payment follow ups from finance
14. Tracking aging of PO , PI , final invoices
15. Initiating retention amount of vendors
16. Retention amount follow ups
17. GRN of final invoices
18. Tabulation of assets in store v/s final invoice quantities
