Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Operations Manager to streamline and manage our franchise operations, warehouse inventory, and backend processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between franchise partners, inventory systems, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners
- Handle day-to-day queries, support, and coordination
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure operational compliance
- Maintain updated records of all franchise outlets

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Track and manage warehouse stock levels
- Ensure timely stock allocation and dispatch to franchise outlets
- Maintain inventory records and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams

3. Outlet Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor sales and operational data from franchise outlets
- Generate periodic reports on performance, stock usage, and trends
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

4. Data Entry & MIS





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across systems
- Handle MIS reporting for internal tracking and decision-making
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions and records

5. Invoicing & Billing

- Generate and manage invoices for franchise partners
- Track payments, dues, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with accounts for smooth financial operations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations/backend roles (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
